Here's some extra information regarding our products:

>Do you take insurance?

Insurance is not accepted, but we do take Flex Spending/ FSA cards. In the case that you are using one of these cards or otherwise submitting for reimbursement, we can provide an invoice to you that includes the necessary medical codes.

>How does the "lenses only" purchase work?

Once you've checked out, a prepaid label will be sent to the e-mail address used for your purchase. The labels are not automatically generated, and as such will arrive during standard business hours (8 am-6 pm EST, Mon-Sun). If you purchase at night, you will not receive your label until the morning.

If you are drop shipping a newly purchased frame from another retailer, that frame may be sent directly to us. In that case, you will be notified when we receive the frame and then you will receive return tracking when your order is complete.

> Are there any prescription restrictions?

Lens prices up to a +/- 6.00 spherical power and up to a -2.00 cylinder power, prescriptions exceeding this will have additional charges.

>The old frame I want to use is kind of mangled. Can I still use it?

It's quite possible! As long as all the pieces are there, we can typically repair and reuse your frame. Send us a pic to confirm!

>Note about fully rimless orders:

Drill mounted lenses are an additional $90.00 after selected materials and coatings.

> What if I want a particular brand of lenses?

Prices are for our house lenses. Our house lenses are made in the USA and support jobs for American workers. If you have a particular brand of lens you are looking for (Younger, Seiko, Hoya, etc.) please let us know and we can provide pricing for you.

>What if my doctor changes my prescription after I've ordered lenses?

If your doctor changes your prescription at any point during the first 90 days of purchase, we will replace the lenses at no cost, not including shipping.

>Do you offer a warranty on your lenses?

All products that contain an antireflective coating are covered by a one time, one year replacement. This does not include shipping. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

>What if I just want my money back?

Lens are a custom product and made to your prescription. They cannot be resold. We charge less than larger companies by taking on smaller profit margins; there's less "fluff"in our pricing. As such, we do not accept returns, but we will always work with you to address any concerns and leave you satisfied.

>I want to pay with cash or check. Do you take these forms of payment?

If you prefer a payment method other than Paypal, head over to the "contact us" section and we can advise on other options.
